Our store policy is to make you feel confident ordering with us from having the highest security to protect your personal information, to packaging your products with care. We do not sell, share, or give out any personal information. We will treat your information like we would want ours to be treated.

Our return and refund policies are here to provide you with some of the lowest prices around, Policies may be changed to better secure and service our guests at any time.

Returns: Any return for a refund must be done within 15 days of delivery, in unopened, unused, re-sellable condition. Notify us via phone or email and return postage is provided by the guest. If you have a defective product within 30 days, notify us within the 30 day period and we will have the item picked up to be shipped back to us. We will determine if the product is defective and give a full refund. If the product is not defective, we will either issue a credit or shipped back to guest at the guest expense. If you have a damaged product due to shipping, DO NOT THROW ANY PACKAGING AWAY, we will need that for the shipper. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery of damages due to shipping. There will not be any refunds after 30 days, however from 31-40 days after delivery any returns of new, unused, unopened and sellable items will be given a credit for the product minus shipping charges. 
All sales are during the sale period, previous sales and prices do not apply. 
Pre-ordered items will be charged to the credit card at the time the order has been placed. If customer cancels the order there will be a 20% administrative fee not returned on the credit card. 
Some items may not be returnable due to copyright or manufacturer warranties. We want to make sure that your experience with us is excellent one from beginning to end, so please let us know what the problem may be and we can go from there. These policies are here to make sure we can keep the lowest prices allowable. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
, we are very happy to ship internationally, there are many shipping options available to get you the best price, please place your order, we will then email you an invoice via paypal and quote your shipping prices as the shipping prices will not show up on your original invoice. Please pay via paypal and supply us with your paypal email so we can send you your invoice. Paypal invoices must be paid within 72 hours, any out of stock item(s) will be removed from the order, however the paypal invoice will show only instock items. Items will not be pulled untile the invoice has been sent.

free shipping is based within the continental USA after discounts. go to checkout and sign in and it will take the shipping off for you. Hi,Ak, PR orders will be charged applicable shipping added to the order if necessary.
